The Child Support Reduction Center, operating under the initiative No More Arrears (collectively referred to as “CSRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every individual who interacts with our platform, submits an assessment, or engages with our services.

This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights with respect to it. By submitting an Initial Assessment, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Your information is confidential. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you submit an Initial Assessment, contact us, or otherwise engage with our services. This may include:

—  Contact Information:  Email address, phone number, state of residenc

—  Case Information:  Total child support arrears owed, child support case numbers, state where the order was issued

—  Financial Information:  Payment information submitted in connection with the $100 Initial Assessment fee, processed securely through our payment processor

—  Communications:  Any messages, questions, or correspondence you submit to us directly

We may also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is used for analytics and site improvement only.

—  To track arrears reduction progress and Monthly Bonanza earnings tied to your case number

—  To process your $100 Initial Assessment payment securely

—  To send service-related communications, program updates, and case notifications

—  To improve our platform, services, and user experience

—  To comply with applicable legal obligations

We may also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is used for analytics and site improvement only.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

— Protection of Rights:  When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of CSRC, our participants, or the public

— Business Transfers:  In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred — subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy

We will never share your child support case information, arrears amounts, or personal details with your co-parent, family members, employers, or any party not directly involved in your case without your explicit written consent.

— Deletion:  The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual obligations

— Withdrawal of Consent:  The right to withdraw consent for specific uses of your data, where consent is the basis for processing

Exercising your privacy rights will not affect your eligibility for CSRC services or result in any adverse treatment.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Assessment records and case information are generally retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the conclusion of your engagement with the CSRC, consistent with standard recordkeeping practices for financial and legal service providers. You may request earlier deletion of certain data where permissible under applicable law.
